This is a 30 minute follow up session to review, coach and update your rehabilitation programme. It will enable you to provide feedback on progress to date and allow your therapist to progress or regress your rehabilitation exercises depending on how you have managed since your previous appointment.

These appointments are useful as the exercises that will rehabilitate most injuries can, if incorectly performed, aggravate your injury. Fixing an injury usually means addressing both the injury and underlying strength or mobility weaknesses that resulted in that injury. In many cases these weaknesses were not obvious to the individual and so performing rehab exercises will focus on movements that you may have difficulty performing well. Hence the need for a little external monitoring and feedback from your therapist.
