Our 60 min massage sessions are ideal for working on the whole body, especially if there are troublesome areas with alot of tension and discomfort.
Our 45 min massage sessions are ideal for working on two or more troublesome areas where there is alot of tension and discomfort.
Our 30 min massage sessions are ideal either for working on one or two bodyparts or, for athletes, as a pre- or post-event flush.
Note: at the time of booking your appointment you can notify your therapist of your preferred massage style if known. You have four options to choose from:
1. Massage - our lightest treatment, generally used for relief of stress and tension
2. Sports Massage - our mid range treatment, used by athletes and for injury rehab
3. Deep Tissue Massage - our heaviest treatment, used for chronically tight knots
4. Your forth option is to discuss the treatment with your therapist and find the best fit on any given day
