In addition to face-to-face personal training sessions we offer group exercise classes (like our Boot Camps and CycleCircuits sessions) and instructional personal training classes (like our LifeFit and Build & Burn programs) to provide the best boot camp and remedial training sessions in the area.

We employ a movement focused approach that explains injuries and performance issues within the context of your work and exercise lifestyle. Most presenting issues can be explained by understanding what you have (or have not done) during the preceding months and years leading up to your injury. Your chronic/recurring injuries, or declining performance are almost always a consequence of muscular imbalances and faulty motor patterns.

Our diet and nutrition services are equally successful because our nutritionists operate with a similarly holistic approach. In fact we rarely talk about 'diets' at Myokinetics. Kelly Kemp our lead nutritionist, succinctly defines our approach in her own words.
