We offer 1-2-1 or small group personal coaching with Mattt Payne our martial arts instructor in our small group studio. Learn Karate and improve confidence, flexibility, balance and co-ordination. These enjoyable workouts burn calories, fire your metabolism and improve all round conditioning, while also teaching you new skills that may come in handy one day!
Our small group sessions are limited to two people at a time.

2 person costs £50 per session
