Using a combination of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) techniques and static stretches, our stretch therapist will help even the most inflexible to begin to build their flexibility and leave them feeling loose and relaxed.
These sessions are designed to provide a full body stretch working tight muscles and mobilising stiff joints to leave you feeling relaxed, loose and limber. You will experience how much more flexible and mobile you really are under the care of our highly skilled stretch therapist.
