Ciara Harrison
Sports Therapist / Coach
Ciara brings a strong training background and a deeply personal understanding of injury, recovery and long-term physical resilience. A personal trainer for the past two years, she grew up as a competitive swimmer and has been receiving sports massage since the age of 10 — giving her an unusually early and well-rounded appreciation of how the body responds to training, load and recovery.
Outside of the pool, her movement experience spans climbing, martial arts and weightlifting, all of which demand strength, control and efficient movement. This varied background has shaped how she views the body — not as isolated parts, but as a system that needs to work together to perform properly and stay pain-free.
Ciara came to Myokinetics after struggling with a long-term injury for over two years. After trying multiple approaches with little success, Myokinetics were the first to make a lasting difference. The impact on her quality of life was significant — and it’s this experience that now drives her work.
Having been on the other side of the treatment table, Ciara understands how frustrating persistent pain can be, and how important it is to feel listened to and properly assessed. Her goal at Myokinetics is simple: to help others get the same level of relief, clarity and confidence in their bodies that she received.
She’s passionate about making a real difference — not just short-term relief, but meaningful change that allows people to move better, train harder and live with less pain.
